The Renovation
In recent years, hard work has been done on the development of the old residential building in Kolkuós. The renovation was completed in 2014 and the house is now a beautiful guesthouse, fully furnished and ready to rent.

Our Rooms
In June 2014, accommodation services were opened in the old building in Kolkuós. The house has been rebuilt and a special emphasis was placed on keeping the original appearance of the house from the outside. Inside it has been decorated as a small luxury hotel with 4 double rooms with private, attached bathrooms, a shared living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The house can be rented out for short-term rent, as either single rooms or the whole house as needed. The rooms are spacious, bright and well equipped.
